Ingredients:Pineapple Fried Rice

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 10 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 carrot, diced
  • 1/4 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:Pineapple Fried Rice

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Add the carrot, snow peas, and onion and cook until tender.
  6. Add the rice and stir to combine.
  7. Season with soy sauce, sugar, white soy sauce, and black pepper.
  8. Add the pineapple and stir to combine.
  9. Beat the egg and pour into the skillet. Stir until the egg is cooked through.
  10. Garnish with cilantro.
