- 10 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 carrot, diced
- 1/4 cup snow peas
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cilantro, for garnish

- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
